USAGE DIRECTIONS:
Check to be sure fuel line and filters are clean and not plugged and fuel can flow. Check spark plug for deposits and clean or replace if required. Invert the aerosol can upside down, press on the valve side and aim into the fuel tank (Do not spray product into the air or your face). The can will empty in ~30 – 60 seconds. If engine does not start a mechanical repair may be required.

Start your Engines is PerfectEvery year in the spring I go through the same thing with my leaf blower, weed wacker and other small engine equipment I have in my shed. Always hard to start after the winter. Well, not anymore. I tried Start in my leaf blower after putting new gas and Start in it and after the 2nd pull it started. I have never been able to get it to start on anything less than the 20th pull if at all. I then tried on my trimmer. Same results. I am quite impressed with this product. On to the generator that always gives me fits and the one pressure washer. I am sure the results will be the same. Thanks Start. You have made my life easier this Spring.

Mower started on second pull after sitting 2 yearsI own a Lawn Boy Self-Propelled lawn mower I bought in 2009. Over the last 2 years I have had a lawn service cut the grass but this year I decided to save some money and start cutting it myself again. Needless to say, when I used the mower over 2 years ago I never emptied the gas. I went to Home Depot and bought a new spark plug, filter and I decided to try Start Your Engines! Fuel System Revitalizer so I didn’t have to drain the old fuel.
To my surprise, the lawn mower started on the second pull and ran like it was new. I just cut the grass again last night and it started on the first pull.
I’m not sure how long it will continue to perform at this level but it’s a lot cheaper to buy a couple bottles of Start Your Engines! Fuel System Revitalizer then to buy a new lawn mower.
I am very pleased with this product and I will definitely being be purchasing more in the future.

Works like a charmI have an antique 2 cycle BikeBug bicycle engine that had sat unused in my garage, and had not run for two years. The gasoline in the tank had evaporated almost entirely, leaving a residue of 2 cycle oil in the bottom. I put half a bottle of Start in the tank and filled the rest with fresh 2 cycle mix, squeezed the primer bulb about 10 times, and tried to start the engine.
The engine started on the first try, and ran like a Swiss watch. This stuff is magical!

Works as advertisedJust tried this with my powerwasher - it's been sitting all winter (and no - I didn't drain the gas out before storing it). Added the Start revitalizer and filled the tank, started on the 4th pull (typically takes a dozen before I get any sign of life from the engine) .

Cold Start MarvelI used START! in my Poulan chainsaw. It had been sitting for over 4 months with over the winter with no use. I chose this saw since it is usually a hard starter. I followed directions using half a bottle and topping off the tank with fresh fuel. The temperature was still below freezing. Three short pulls and the saw fired up. Then started on the first pull after that. I am impressed with this product and will be trying it in my generator and weed eater.

It really works!!!I was trying to start an ATV that was stored for 6 months with the gas drained. I finally got it started using starting fluid, but it wouldn't idle and run properly. That afternoon, I got the Fuel System Revitalizer and tried it. It fixed the idle issues and ran great!!! I would recommend this product for sure!!!

Start Your EnginesI have a 2 cycle trimmer that hasn't run in over 2 years. I added fresh gasoline and could not get it started. I added 1 oz. of your Start to the fuel and pulled it a few times without success. I pulled and cleaned the plug and sprayed a small amount of engine start in the chamber and installed the plug. After a few pulls it started and ran rough for a short period before it smoothed out. l am convinced that your Start cleared out the carburetor and made the engine start easier and run smoother than it ever has.
Thanks, Conrad. For off-season, is it wise to add Start Your Engines to the last fuel fill-up of the season, then run it 'til it runs dry before storage? Some say being left dry prevents varnish build-up, but others say it encourages corrosion.
Asked by: HonestAbe
If the goal is to clean the fuel system prior to storage, running Start Your Engines! would be a good idea. However, we still recommend filling up the tank and adding a stabilizer such as STA-BIL Storage or STA-BIL 360 Protection. A full tank limits airflow and condensation, which negatively affect fuel and the system during storage. Hope this helps!

I have a Cub Cadet snowblower with finicky carb. jets. I have Star Your Engines for in-season use, but what about out-of-season? Would ethanol-free fuel be the best? Do you advise StaBil added to ethanol-free fuel in the off-season?
Asked by: HonestAbe
Using ethanol-free fuel may be a better option if you are experiencing ethanol-related issues with your small engine equipment. Using STA-BIL 360 Protection can help in mitigating these issues (corrosion, water attraction, etc.), and can be used all year-round in non-ethanol fuel as well. Hope this is useful!

I was instructed by a repairman to use the liquid version of Start your Engine to help clean a snowblower that will not start. She suggested emptying the tank and pouring 2oz into the tank, let sit for 3 hours but i cannot find liquid version in 02176.

Hi. Start Your Engines! is no longer available in liquid form. However, the new aerosol delivery method will be just as effective and easy to use. Thanks for the question!

My dad was told to use STA-BIL Marine stabilizer in a Snowblower tank. He left fuel in the gas tank over the season and now I can't get it started. Can I use the Start Your Engines with stabilized fuel, or do I need to siphon it and use fresh gas?
Asked by: DonD
Hi. Typically, the best resolution is to remove the questionable fuel and replace it with fresh fuel to rule out that as the reason for the failure. If replacing this fuel is not possible at that time, using this product should help. If there are any questions, or need any assistance, please feel free to reach out to Gold Eagle!
