I am very OCD about anything I own. Clean regularly and have kept a soft cloth on seat of drivers side but the seat is now beginning to crack where the leather breather holes are.
I have emailed the company sent photos placed a claim with them only to be told that I’m not covered under the warranty as its wear and tear.

But in the sales brochure it states that it prevents cracking and discolouration from U.V Ray’s this vechile has been kept garaged for 80% of it life with me always a sunvisor on windscreen with windows partially down.

Not happy.
